Tips to eat sufficiently
Start early in trying to make the child eat a proper breakfast consisting of a lot of fiber and a little sugar.
For example: Oatmeal porridge with apple sauce, natural yoghurt with unsweetened müsli or cereal, sandwich on coarse bread, ham, cheese and vegetable.

Desserts proposals!
Plan nice but healthy desserts to enhance the meals.
They’ll add a little something to the meal and also give you a few more minutes together at the table.

Spiceinspiration
Season with spices instead of sugar and fat Fat and sugar act like flavor enhancers in our diet. If you’re used to a fatty and sweet diet, a wholemeal alternative or low fat food can seem lacking in taste. Spices are an excellent alternative to the unhealthy diet.
Try to season your food more and try new fun spices. Spices from some parts of the vegetable kingdom also have positive effects on your health. Remember to avoid salty food.

When kids don’t want to eat vegetables!
Fun recipes Find some fun recipes based on fruit and vegetables or try to make them up yourself. Vary and renew your way of serving fruit and vegetables.

Switch to liquid margarine or oil when you’re cooking!
A simple rule is to choose soft fats over hard. Liquid margarine is a soft cooking fat and contains a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Hard fats (i.e. margarine and butter) contain more saturated fatty acids. A decrease in saturated fat and an increase in unsaturated fat lower the level of serum cholesterol and reduce the risk of a heart attack.
