Preserved naturally with fermentation

The ferm out food is a great way for those who want to avoid sweet preserves or preservatives. It is effective, completely natural and creates good pH in your stomach and intestine. It is also a cheap option to save and have access to fruit and vegetables all year-seasons.

Zymologin and fermentation
Already in the Bronze Age as fermented man, ie yeast food to create a natural preservative. It is a simple and efficient process, both practical and technical terms. Fermentation is an oxidation of organic compounds without oxygen but with the micro-organisms and it is part of the fermentation science ie; Zymologin.

Whole meal bread
My fascination for fermentation from the beginning based on my Africa trips, where they often ferm out bread by day-long fermentation. The Ethiopian injerabrödet is an example, when it consists of corn flour, barley flour or teff fermented in 3 days in a large barrel, and then dry BROIL as panncakealike BREAD. Acidification is the same as the fermentation and acts as a biochemical process in which sugars are broken down into organic acids.

Gluten-Free Teff
It may be interesting to know that Teff is a kind of gluten-free grains that are used just to injerabread and grown in Ethiopia, Holland and USA. In Sweden, teff samples grown with EU subsidies, but only on a small scale. It is recognized as qunioa, buckwheat, amaranth, millet, polenta, and as an excellent option for those who eat or want to eat a gluten-free diet.
To ferm lead or ferment your own vegetables:

3. Cut them into thin slices and place in a glass jar.
4. Cover them with warm boiled water (37 degrees)
5. Get ferm no ether with a little coarse meal or a PIECE OF BREAD by rough sur source.
6. Cover the jar, but not quite densely
7. Let stand at room temperature 3-5 days or until you consider that ferm ether is complete. Remember to put it in the back seat because it can provide a very sour and fermented odor. 8.
